Educational Qualifications :
(UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization, BHM, Diploma – Hotel Management) AND (PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)

Experience : 5 to 10 yrs

Candidate Profile :
Should be working experience in star property (4-8 Years)

Candidates should be BHM or MBA or PG Diploma

TRAINER has to travel across South India for Hotel Training to employees..(our Hotel in South are at Mysore, Hyderabad, Kodaikanal, Coorg, Ooty and 2 more upcoming)

Job Profile :
Supervise through the HODs for the profiles trained, KPI-2

General Training OR Soft Skills

Operational OR Technical Training

Analyze the competencies required for a profile,

Analyze the gap post competency metrics,

Training needs identification,

Training needs assessment,

Coordinate for the budgets,KPI-1

Career path charting and progression charts through orbitalization-KPI-3
