UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization PG – Any PG Course

Experience : 4 – 9 Years

Candidate Profile :
Four to Nine years of Experience in Bakery-preferably handling bakery section at any 4 to 5 star hotel independently or working as a Chef In charge at a well known Bakery Outlet.

Job Profile :
Managing Stock Inventory and Initiating Stock Indents.
Responsible for all productions at the Live bakery.
Analyze by Live bakery Sales/Margins-Cat/Sub-cat-report and implement interim actions e.g. Product Promotions, New product rollout etc.
Managing the overall production and sales team of the live bakery by effective duty rostering and deployment.
Bakery menu planning, Food costing, sourcing and finalizing the standard recipe for all bakery products.
Tracking the competition in term of assortment, price & promotions
