Candidate Profile :
Assists in developing and implementing special promotions and employee incentives
Communicates and reinforces the vision for Yes I Can! service to employees
Inspects restaurant on an on-going basis and takes appropriate steps to ensure facilities meet or exceeds the hotel’s standards at all times
Assists in managing the operation of assigned restaurant
Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and by exceeding guests expectations
Co-ordinates the set-up of the restaurant area in accordance with Radisson’s standards
